We have been baking up a storm in advance of the launch of our new website, so we have lots of fresh cookies for you to enjoy!

Grey Ghost Bakery is a labor of love—I have loved baking all my life and joyfully share my family’s favorite cookies with you. Mixing cookie dough was a Sunday afternoon tradition in my house, but I also would pull out the butter, sugar and flour at the slightest excuse…to make cookies for a gift, for a consolation treat, even as the best tactic for procrastinating. My mother always said that she knew when exam time was rolling around, since I would be in the kitchen, stirring up some cookie dough instead of hitting the books! Days in the bakery are still my favorite…

 

Grey Ghost Bakery got off the ground in the fall of 2012 and we have been busy, busy ever since. Everyone who tastes our cookies loves them, much as my family and friends have for as long as I can remember. The cookies are yummy all by themselves but they also make great foundations for some delectable desserts. Check back regularly for inspiration.
